Sausage-Making Weekend Class

2.5-3 hrs / 3-6 participants / $60

What you will learn in this sausage-making class: Chef Daniel will teach you all you need to know about the art of making quality sausages just like they do in Germany. From selecting the right meat to grinding it, stuffing it into the sausage skins and then linking the finished sausages.

Once you've learned how to prepare your sausages you'll have the opportunity to enjoy them with the class in our dining room, along with our freshly-brewed beer of course!

Recipes and tips are provided in a folder for participants to take home, along with a Certificate of Completion, and a Paulaner apron.

Classes will alternate between creating Spicy Lamb & Bratwurst OR our Paulaner sausage consisting of smoked, dry-aged beef with dark beer and cheddar cheese. BOOK NOW
